Offer Letter Clarity is a service of Misphat LLC. References to “we,” “us,” or “Offer Letter Clarity” refer to Misphat LLC.
2. What we provide
Offer Letter Clarity provides informational analysis of commission plans and similar compensation documents you submit. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Nothing on this site, in any analysis output, or in any communication from us creates an attorney-client relationship.
3. Your submissions
By submitting a document you represent that you have the right to share it. You retain ownership of the document. We use it only to produce your analysis and to operate and improve the service. See our Privacy page.
4. Payment and refunds
Offer Letter Clarity is a one-time USD review. Pricing is set at the time of checkout and shown on the pricing page. Because each review involves real-time analysis delivered within minutes, all sales are final once the analysis has been generated. If our system fails to produce a usable analysis, we will re-run it or refund you in full.
5. No warranty
Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the analysis is complete, correct, or applicable to your specific situation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Misphat LLC’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent review.
